– Thursday 10am Body Conditioning with Kerrie
– Thursday 6.30pm Power Pump with Lawence
As well as more evening classes and the fitness team back teaching in the studio!
! So make sure you keep an eye on the website and App to book in for classes, but do remember if you can’t attend make sure you cancel the class to avoid charges.
