These children’s gymnastics lessons follow the Rise Gymnastics framework, created by our partners, British Gymnastics, to teach kids fundamental skills which will help with other sports and activities. 🤸♀️💖
They have sessions every Sunday:

⏰ 9:45am-10:45am Rise Gymnastics Explore (5yrs plus)
