This Sunday 2nd March, they are hosting FREE sessions which are pre book only at the following times:
⏰ 9am-9:45am Rise Gymnastics Discover (Child 3yrs – 4yrs)
⏰ 9:45am-10:45am Rise Gymnastics Explore (5yrs plus)
⏰ 10:45am-11:45am Rise Gymnastics Explore (5yrs plus)
